Chelsea de Todd Boehly has not waited for the market to start, or to approach, to break it again. Sporting CP, in fact, has confirmed an agreement with the London club for the transfer of Geovany Quenda and Dario EsSUGO. They will pay a total of 74 million euros for the two players.
The most immediate signing is that of EsSUGO: the midfielder, given this season in Las Palmas from the Lisbon team, will be incorporated at the end of this season. Quenda, on the other hand, will do so in July 2026. A season ceded in Portugal will stay.
Chelsea is expected to pay about 50 million because she will turn 18 in April and spontaneously in the Portuguese capital under the orders of Ruben Amorim. United himself, in fact, tried to sign it in January … but Chelsea and Boehly have advanced.
EsSUGO, 20, will cost just over 20 million euros. Both have already passed medical examination and will soon sign their contracts with the British club. Quenda’s, they tell in England, will be seven seasons.
