After 25 years, the Premier League changes the ball supplier and signs an official agreement with the global sports company, Puma. From the 2025-26 season, the supply for all matches will cease to be owned by Nike, and will give way to a new association in the English League.
The Puma brand stressed that the agreement will not be limited solely in the supply of balls for the league in the next season. The German company will seek to support the Premier League through community football programs, which promote new opportunities and foster base talent. In addition, it will carry out global marketing campaigns, such as the ‘Premier League Summer Series’, which is celebrated every July in the United States.
“The agreement with the Premier League, the most watched football league, is an important step in Puma’s strategy to raise its brand,” explains Arne Freundt, CEO of Puma. “We are looking forward to our high performance technology at the forefront of the sport and connect with the many fans around the world.

Previously, the German company already had a presence in the Premier League, through its Puma elite soccer players. These are some players who are part: Jack Grealish (Manchester City), Kai Havertz (Arsenal), Harry Maguire (Manchester United), and Marc Cucurella (Chelsea).
The Executive Director of the Premier League, Richard Masters, shares the following: “We are pleased to welcome Puma as the official provider of balls of the Premier League. Puma has a long career of participation in football and we hope to see the new ball in all our games from this summer.”
“Their global scope and their commitment to excellence are aligned with our values, and we are excited to work together in various projects to promote the incredible work that is done in the communities and inspire fans around the world,” concludes the director of the League.
