Valencia produced a strong comeback to defeat newly crowned Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona 3–1 in the final match of the season.

The match, played on Saturday night, ended goalless in the first half. Barcelona broke the deadlock in the 61st minute when Robert Lewandowski scored, finishing a move set up by Ferran Torres.

However, Valencia responded quickly and turned the game around. Javier Guerra equalised in the 66th minute before Luis Rioja put Valencia ahead in the 71st minute with a well-taken goal.

In stoppage time, Guido Rodríguez sealed the victory with a goal in the seventh minute of added time, confirming a memorable 3–1 win for Valencia.

Despite having already secured the La Liga title, Barcelona ended their season with a defeat in their final fixture.
