Nepal Warns Public Against Fake Caregiver Job Ads for Israel

The Department of Foreign Employment has warned people about false information and advertisements related to caregiver (caregiver assistant) jobs in Israel.

The department said that rumors are spreading on social media, especially TikTok, claiming that caregiver job vacancies have opened in Israel. The department said these claims are not true and asked everyone to be careful.

According to the agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Israel, Nepali caregivers can be sent to long-term care centers in Israel only through the G2G (government-to-government) process.

The department clearly stated that no private agency, company, or individual has the authority to advertise, collect forms, or run the recruitment process for caregiver jobs in Israel.

The department also requested people not to believe such false information, as G2G is the only official way to go to Israel for work.

Anyone who spreads false information or illegally sends workers abroad will face strict action.

The department advised people to check only the official website of the Department of Foreign Employment for correct and official notices.
