License & Permit Renewal

Business License Renewal

Frequency: As per license validity (usually annually)
Deadline: Before license expiration date

Social Security Fund (SSF)

For companies with 10+ employees

SSF Contribution Payment

Frequency: Monthly
Deadline: Within 15 days of the following month
Required: Employee and employer contributions (11% + 20% of basic salary)

Important Notes

• Fiscal year in Nepal runs from Shrawan (mid-July) to Ashadh (mid-July next year)
