Rescue operations are ongoing after a bus carrying 35 to 40 passengers veered off the road and fell about 60–100 meters downhill near the Jaharsingh Pauwa area in Shankharapur Municipality–3, Kathmandu. The bus, which was returning from a picnic with employees of Nature Hub, came to rest against a tree.

Ambulances have transported 22 injured passengers to nearby hospitals, including Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital in Sankhu, Nepal Medical College, and Attarkhel-based facilities. Two passengers are reported to be in critical condition while the others are stable.

Authorities are continuing rescue efforts and assessing the site for further hazards. The cause of the accident and the extent of property damage are still under investigation. Further updates are expected as rescue operations continue.
