Police Constable Found Dead in Salyan

A police head constable serving at the District Police Office, Salyan, was found dead inside his residence.

The deceased has been identified as 41-year-old Bhim Bahadur KC, a resident of Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City–8, Dudhena, Dang. He was currently posted at the District Police Office in Salyan. He was found dead in the office residence on Sunday morning.

According to Salyan Police Chief DSP Hemba Bahadur KC, Bhim Bahadur KC had gone to sleep after having dinner on Saturday night. When he failed to attend the 6 a.m. physical training session on Sunday, colleagues went to wake him and found him dead.

DSP KC said that the body has been handed over to the family members. Doctors at Salyan District Hospital informed the police that the cause of death was a heart attack.
