Vince Martell (born Vincent James Martellucci, November 11, 1945) is an American guitarist best known as the lead guitarist for Vanilla Fudge. While in his teens, Martell joined the Navy, where he discovered his skills as a guitarist. His riff in the Vanilla Fudge chart topper, "You Keep Me Hangin' On," is ranked the number four heaviest guitar riff of all time by Guitar Magazine.
