Hotel Owner Found Dead in Lamahi

A hotel owner has been found dead in Lamahi, Dang Deukhuri. The deceased is 45-year-old Keshabraj Khanal, the owner of Hotel Arghakhanchi & Lodge.

According to Roshan Raj Pandey, the head of the Lamahi Ward Police Office, Khanal was found dead inside the room where he slept. “The family lived on the first floor of their three-storey hotel. This morning, he was found dead inside his room,” Inspector Pandey said.

Looking at the situation at the scene, police say it appears to be a suicide. “The room was locked from the inside, so it looks like a suicide,” Inspector Pandey added. “We have prepared the necessary reports and started the investigation.”
