One Dead, Two Injured in Kawasoti Road Accident

One person has died and two others were injured in a traffic accident last night in Kawasoti, East Nawalparasi. The accident took place at Danda in Kawasoti-16 along the East-West Highway.

According to the police, a motorcycle traveling from Kawasoti towards Danda collided with a bus and fell onto the road. At that moment, a truck coming from the opposite direction struck the fallen motorcycle.

The District Police Office in Nawalpur identified the deceased as the motorcycle rider, 42-year-old Hira Bahadur Pariyar from Kawasoti-16. He passed away while receiving treatment at Madhyabindu Provincial Hospital.

Two other people were injured in the accident. They have been identified as 32-year-old Sunita Joharja from Kawasoti-3 and Mina Magar from Kawasoti-14.
