Nepali actor Sunil Thapa appears in the new season. He plays an important role as a respected local leader and the head of the MCA in Nagaland, David Khuju.

David Khuzou is a key figure in the Indian government’s new project called “Project Sahkar,” which aims to bring development and peace to the northeastern states. In the series, Manoj Bajpayee’s character, Srikant Tiwari, and the NIA seek Khuju’s help to successfully complete this project amid rebel activities and Chinese interference at the border.
