Two Killed, Several Injured in Shooting in Salt Lake City, Utah

Two people were killed and several others injured in a shooting that took place in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Thursday, according to U.S. police.

Police spokesperson Glen Mills said preliminary reports indicate that the incident occurred in a parking lot, where shots were fired during an altercation. He shared the information with journalists.

Police reported that at least two of the eight victims died from their injuries. Of the injured, three are in critical condition, while the condition of the remaining victims is currently unknown.
