Ambulance accident in Bhojpur, Two Seriously Injured

An ambulance has met with an accident in Homtang, Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality-6 of Bhojpur.

The driver, Sanjib Rai, and the health section chief, Jay Kumar Rai, were seriously injured in the accident.

The ambulance, with the number plate Province 1–02–001 Jha 0737, belongs to Hatuwagadhi Rural Municipality. According to the Ghoretar Area Police Office, the accident happened at around 9:45 in the morning while the ambulance was returning to Ghoretar after dropping off a patient in Homtang.

Ward chairperson Suresh Kumar Rai said preparations are being made to airlift the injured to another hospital for further treatment.
