The final of NPL Season 2 will be played between Lumbini Lions and Sudurpashchim Royals.

Lumbini reached the final after defeating Biratnagar Kings by 40 runs in the second qualifier. Sudurpashchim had already reached the final earlier by beating Biratnagar by 77 runs in Qualifier 1.

Biratnagar struggled in both qualifiers, failing to score even 100 runs. Their weak batting lineup caused their exit, finishing third this season.

Sudurpashchim, the runners-up of the first season, aim to lift the trophy this time. Lumbini, led by Rohit Paudel, also want to win their first title. In the league stage, Sudurpashchim defeated Lumbini by 7 wickets.

The NPL champion will receive NPR 1 crore 10 lakh, the runner-up will get 51 lakh, third place 25 lakh, and fourth 15 lakh.
