NPL 2025: Number of Half-Centuries Reaches 35

In the ongoing NPL at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur, the total number of half-centuries has reached 35.

Today (Sunday), Sanjay Krishnamurti from Janakpur Bolts scored 50 runs, making it the 35th half-century of the tournament. He hit his fifty against Karnali Yaks in 37 balls with one four and four sixes. This is his second half-century of the season.

So far, 29 players have contributed to the 35 half-centuries this season. Earlier, Ravi Bopara of Chitwan Rhinos had scored three half-centuries, while Kushal Bhurtel and Adam Rossington of Pokhara Avengers, and Priyank Panchal of Karnali Yaks, each made two half-centuries.

Similarly, Binod Bhandari, Josh Brown, Harmit Singh, Chris Lynn, Ishaan Pandey, Lokesh Bam, Sam Hain, Faf du Plessis, Martin Guptill, Basir Ahmad, Sumit Verma, Jimmy Neesham, Rishi Dhawan, David Malan, Arjun Saud, Bhim Sharki, John Simpson, Ben Charlesworth, Mark Watt, D’Arcy Short, Wayne Parnell, Maaz Sadaqat, Anil Shah, and Asif Sheikh have each scored one half-century.

Only Mark Watt of Karnali Yaks and Adam Rossington of Pokhara Avengers have scored centuries in this season.
