Argentina hold a 2-0 lead over Jordan at half-time in their FIFA World Cup 2026 match.

The South American side took control early in the game, opening the scoring in the 19th minute when Giovani Lo Celso converted a free kick to put Argentina ahead.

Their advantage was doubled in the 31st minute after Jordan conceded a foul inside the penalty area. Following a VAR review, the referee awarded a penalty, which was calmly converted by Lautaro Martínez.
