Update: Body Found Near Kathmandu Bus Park Identified as Third Gender

A body found near the new bus park in Tokha Municipality-9, Kathmandu, has been identified as a third gender person.

The body was found on Saturday afternoon, but the identity is still unknown.

SP and spokesperson Pawan Kumar Bhattarai from Kathmandu District Police said it is difficult to investigate further because they have not identified the body yet.

After receiving the news about the body, the police team went to the place and started investigating. The body was found wrapped tightly in a bag.

Since the body was found in a suspicious condition, the police are investigating it as a possible murder. The body was not cut or broken; it was found whole.

The police sent the body for a post-mortem at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. But the identity is still unknown.
